How do I reserve the pavilion for a party?
The Town of Walden schedules and reserves the pavilion for groups, events and parties. Contact the Town Hall at 423-886-4362. Pro tip: Reservations fill quickly!

If I have under 25 guests, can I use the picnic tables for a group event or party?
All tables are first come, first serve and cannot be reserved. Groups larger than 25 people will need to obtain a special use permit or reserve the pavilion with the Town of Walden

What hours is the playground open?
The playground is open from dawn to dusk every day!

Are pets allowed at the playground?
Sorry, pets are not allowed at the playground. This is for the safety of all our visitors.

Are bathrooms available at the park?
Yes! The Town of Walden operates bathrooms and a water fountain in the pavilion adjacent to the parking lot.
